Sturdy Flag Mast
Without a mast, we cannot talk about proper flag display. Firstly, the mast should be sturdy. What does that mean? It should be made of high-quality materials and securely fastened. The flag mast should be made of materials known for their durability and resistance to changing weather conditions. Fastening elements such as clamps, ropes, and the mast cap, which ensure the flag hangs stably on the mast, are particularly important. Typically, these elements and the flag itself are the most exposed to challenging weather conditions, such as strong winds or storms.
Durable and weather-resistant masts from the JEST brand consist of a 3mm-thick aluminum tube, painted using a powder coating method. The standard color of the mast is white, but we also offer the option to choose any color for the mast. It can be coordinated with the colors of the flag or our company. The mast tube is topped with a finial or a ball. Easy flag installation on the mast is possible thanks to an outrigger (a so-called windtracker). Vertical mast adjustment is provided by anchor screws.
To ensure the mast functions as well as possible, at JEST, we produce two types: two-piece, with heights of 6m and 8m, and three-piece, with heights of 10m and 12m. The proper and professional installation is crucial, involving digging a hole, pouring foundations, placing the mast, and hanging the flag. Transportation is also included in the installation service.
Mast with Warranty
We provide a warranty for JEST brand flag masts: 10 years for the tube element and 1 year for other mounting elements. For the masts to serve for many years, regular servicing is necessary. With the purchase of a JEST flag mast, you also have the option to use mast and flag servicing. What does flag mast servicing involve?
Mainly, it includes the maintenance of tubes, which should first be cleaned using appropriate agents, then polished and protected from the harmful effects of external factors. We conduct regular inspections and, if necessary, replace with new parts the mast elements most exposed to changing weather conditions: decorative finial, ropes and outrigger, mast cap, clamps and weights, as well as the lock.
All servicing activities aim to ensure that the masts look presentable and, most importantly, are safe! Flag servicing is complemented by mast servicing. More about this service can be found here: https://jest.com.pl/nasze-marki/jest-flagi-i-maszty
