Clean surroundings of commercial facilities have a positive effect on their image and encourage customers to shop there. Trolleys, used daily by many people, are particularly prone to getting dirty. That is why it is crucial to keep them perfectly clean and disinfected (particularly considering the risk of COVID-19).
We have been offering the services of cleaning and disinfection of trolleys since 2011. To this end, we use our own technology – Cleaning System. We cooperate with well-known chain stores in Poland. Within the scheme of our Cleaning System, we also take care of surroundings of commercial facilities. We clean all types of canopies, roofs, and other hard-to-reach places.
Cleaning System is our own innovative technology comprising a mobile cleaning device, which cleans and disinfects trolleys. The Cleaning System device operates in a closed circuit, and its hermetic chamber and advanced filtering system allow to optimise water consumption. During the cycle, we remove visible dirt as well as germs invisible to human eye which might be on the surface of trolleys and their handles.
We eliminate the threat for human life and health by applying a two-stage cleaning process, which comprises the basic wash and steaming. We use biodegradable cleaning agents, certified for safety for the environment and people. They are approved for use in the European Union. We install Cleaning System stationary washing and disinfecting equipment in food wholesalers, hypermarkets, and businesses requiring daily disinfection of trolleys, containers, bins, and boxes which come into contact with food.
We operate in line with the Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs:
“All articles, fittings and equipment with which food comes into contact are to be effectively cleaned and, where necessary, disinfected. Cleaning and disinfection are to take place at a frequency sufficient to avoid any risk of contamination.”
Thanks to the mobility of our Cleaning System devices, we are able to provide our services directly in places where trolleys and baskets are kept. We clean and disinfect them without disturbing the daily affairs of the store, which means that we can provide our services during its working hours or after its closure.
First, we pre-wash the trolleys by means of a pressure washer, and then we place them in a hermetic cleaning chamber of the Cleaning System device, where the main washing takes place by means of hot water with biodegradable agents, followed by steaming. When the service is done, we issue a dated certificate confirming the fact that the trolleys have been cleaned and disinfected. The cleaning agents we use satisfy all the requirements set forth in relevant legal regulations on environmental protection and liquid waste management.
Thanks to the closed water circuit we optimise water consumption, whereas automatic operation reduces the working time of device operators. The two-phase washing system in 60 degrees Celsius eliminates most pathogens threatening human health, such as fungi, bacteria, and viruses. The final phase of the process is polishing, which restores the perfect appearance of trolleys, while preventing new dirt from depositing on them. After drying, trolleys and other containers are ready for use.
