High-quality flags – so, which ones?
At JEST, we use mostly Standard polyester or Pro Wind mesh. For the production of national flags and those used outdoors, at JEST we use materials with a weight of 110 g. We print the material with digital printing, using the latest generation of equipment, which ensures extraordinary precision and durability of the print.
The finish of the flags also matters as it affects quality, durability, and safety. The double lock stitch hemming with additional polypropylene tape reinforcement makes the flags both strong and aesthetically pleasing. Of course, each flag is also equipped with durable mounting elements, such as a tunnel, ties, and hooks.
When looking for the right flag manufacturer, the key factor is whether an individual approach to customer needs and preferences is offered. At JEST, we manufacture flags using ready templates, but we're also able to prepare custom projects. The type of finishing, such as double lock stitch hemming or polypropylene tape reinforcement, can be tailored to specific requirements in response to more personalised designs. Our products are characterised by an aesthetic finish and close attention to necessary flag assembly elements, such as a tunnel, straps or hooks.
Flagpole
The flagpole is just as important as the flag, especially from a safety point of view. It’s the key element in the right presentation of a flag. Ideally, it should be robust, durable, and weatherproof, but also the right height for the format and size of the flag. Here, the quality of the flagpole material is of utmost importance, as this is the base on which everything else is built.
JEST flagpoles are powder coated in any of the RAL palette colours. They consist of a 3 mm thick, stable aluminium pole topped with a cap or a ball. At JEST, we offer two-part telescopic flagpoles with heights of 6 m and 8 m, as well as three-part flagpoles with heights of 10 m and 12 m. Our flagpoles are covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on the pole, and the remaining parts are covered by a one-year warranty.
Flagpole maintenance
JEST is a place where we not only produce flags and flagpoles but also offer comprehensive flag installation and maintenance, i.e., washing dirty flags and repairing damage related to the use of the flag. We provide the proper attachment and appearance of the flag (including proper cleanliness), which takes away from our customers all possible flag-related worries. You can be sure that the flag is securely fastened, is always clean, and presents itself properly in front of the facility, which certainly affects your image.

We design and manufacture corporate, national, advertising or occasional flags, complete with flagpoles to hang them on – everything according to your needs and expectations. We will also deliver the flag with the flagpole to your specified location and install it. The installation of the flagpole involves digging a hole and pouring a foundation, then placing the pole and hanging the flag.
Additionally, JEST flag and flagpole maintenance services include removing, washing the flag and making any repairs, and re-hanging the flag on the pole. In the case of flagpoles, maintenance consists of periodic inspection of the structure and fastening elements, as well as possible repair and replacement of worn parts.
